This new version was possible thanks to the work of Nikhil Choudhary and fixes the following issues:
- Several inconsistencies in the LCD panels
- #364 - Adjust build scripts to create necessary directories, reduce spurious warnings
- #363 - Generate new LCD font for improved legibility - Lucida Console
- #362 - Remove extraneous LCD config files
- #361 - Fix junction deviation setting to handle decimal values
