This community is growing and this is a great thing. However, the management of this forum takes me more and more time, especially because some people do not follow the rules of this community. In particular: - **Do not hijack the topic of someone else** - You think you have the same issue that someone else described in a topic? Create a new topic and add a link. Do not hijack the previous topic with something like “I have the same issue”. Most of the time, you do not. - **Use a descriptive title** - summarize your topic or question in a handful of words so that someone scanning through the latest topics will immediately know if that is something they might be able to help you with. - **Provide as much information as possible** - Printer model, version of ADVi3++, printing from SD card or through USB, what kind of sensor and its model, etc. From now on, I will **ignore** messages without the minimal amount of information or that do not respect those rules in general.
